busy week recap
Let's see. So much has happened. I went to Vegas this past weekend. Candace's 21st birthday was on Tuesday, Tweetie is coming back today, and tomorrow is the opening of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the party for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince!!! TOO MUCH EXCITEMENT.
Maybe I'll write about the Vegas trip another day. Pictures are up.
Candace's birthday was cool. I stayed at work for 9 hours that day, went home, showered, and then met the party up at Tsurugi's. I love sushi! I finally got to see Chad for the first time in a while. Dort showed up too after Carrin called him. Things got a little weird because of some relationship issues between Carrin and Chad, but other than that it was good.
After working yesterday, Sammie and I went shopping for a bathing suit. For me.....I know! Crazy! First bathing suit I've bought in years! All for the sake of hot tubbing at night. Hey, it was all good because it was dark.
I have the day off today and I'm thinking I'm going to be spending it all with Tweetie. I've missed her! It can't be helped.
I bought the new Gorillaz cd and I love it. There are a couple super awesome songs, and then the other songs are growing on me. It's much more mellow than I thought it would be.
