garden state/napoleon dynomite
GARDEN STATE IS AWESOME. Just watch it. Plus the soundtrack is super too. Honestly, if you haven't seen it, then go! Now! AT THIS VERY MOMENT! I absolutely LOOOOVVVVE Natalie Portman in this movie. Darn her for being so cute. Zack Braff is so talented. As if being on Scrubs wasn't cool enough, he writes this amazing script, directs and acts in it. Hooray for him.
Perhaps Napoleon Dynamite was overhyped for me. I knew it was really about nothing, but I didn't laugh as much as I was expecting to. I'm not going to lie though, he can dance better than you'd expect. Killer Dance Moves! Does anyone know what time period the movie was suppose to be set in? There seemed to be some confusion between the writing, hair, music, and clothes.
I think I'll watch Harold and Kumar tomorrow at the Cinema Saver during TERRIFIC TUESDAYS! wheeee
