Small step #60: Stretch before bed to give you more energy when you wake I'm really trying to be healthier. Today was the first day in a while that I ate a sourdough parmesan pretzel at work. Those things are addicting. Curses. I'm also stretching every night. Feels really good. I want to be able to do the splits: left right and center. That's going to take a while. So the hope is that I become flexible again and elongate some my muscles....especially my legs...i seriously can't wear anything but pants. I"m disgusted by them. Lisa: Swim towards San Francisco. Haha I can't wait for the new episode tomorrow. I heart the Simpsons...with a passion. Harry Potter is on again on ABC. All it's doing is making me mad about the upcoming third movie. Trendy clothes? Cut hair? Stop changing the little things!!! It's making the movie that much more different from the book and they're already diverging from the book way too much.
